Refund Policy

Online Purchases

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for unopened, unused protein bars stored at room temperature.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@vitalhalva.com.

  • We may provide a prepaid return label for online purchases.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vitalhalva.com.​


Product Storage and Quality

  • Our protein bars are shelf-stable for a year.

  • For best quality and safety, please consume the product within these timeframes.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products past their recommended consumption date.
     

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or products purchased from third-party retailers.

  • Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
