Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • We try our best to process orders within 2 business days.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • At checkout we offer different shipping options through a plug in with USPS. Those options typically include ground to express options.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are defined by USPS. The options are visible at checkout.

Temperature Control

  • If kept dry and at room temperature, the bars are shelf-stable up to one year.

Order Tracking

  • Through a third party tool, Shippo, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team via info@vitalhalva.com.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
     

Special Considerations

  • During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipments to ensure product quality.

  • We reserve the right to change shipping methods if necessary to maintain product integrity.
